I have started seeing the same issue as of 25 July 2009. In my case Chrome omnibox searches result in google.nl searches. My ISP (UPC Ireland) is part of a larger European ISP (UPC) that routes some of it's traffic via The Netherlands but my IP geolocates to Dublin so it shouldn't be an issue.
