Is this a fresh install of Snow Leopard? Or is this an upgrade to Snow
Leopard, and if
so, from which previous version?
Does Issue 11269 Comment 17 help?
"I opened Font Book, and it showed I had multiple versions of Arial Bold
available. Use
the 'remove duplicates' function to disable the duplicate fonts and then
restart
Chrome."
Do you have duplicate font entries on your Font Book?
