What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save http://www.danblog.co.uk/file-cookie.html to local disk
2. Run chrome (with or without --enable-file-cookies switch)
3. Navigate to your local copy of the file, click on button
What is the expected result?
Alert box saying "foo=bar" (as happens if you click the button on
http://www.danblog.co.uk/file-cookie.html)
What happens instead?
Alert box saying "foo not set"
