I am running F11_x86_64, with package: chromium-3.0.196.0-0.1.20090727svn21648.fc11.i586 It is installed from: http://spot.fedorapeople.org/chromium/F$releasever/ This install has the exact same issue: No obvious response from clicking "Customize and control Chromium"->"Options"->"Under the Hood"->"Change proxy settings". A previous post states that r21246 fixed the problem. I deleted "~/.config/chromium", and the behaviour persists with new config files and the r21648 RPM.
