Happens in Windows Chrome 3.0.195.1 (Official Build 21222) as well.
But at least clicking the context entry performs the correct search for
foo&bar
(CalebEgg, I assume you don't want to be Owner, unless you are working on
fixing this
bug, in which case Status:Assigned/Started).
