Vista Ultimate (fully updated). Chrome 2.0.172.37. (Mostly default settings). When I use Chrome (maximized) I cannot access the Windows Taskbar (set on auto-hide). I have not experiemented with it too much, but it happens all the time for me. I can temporarily fix it by using the "restore" button, move mouse down to make the Windows Taskbar pop-up, and maximize Chrome (now fixed). If I minimize Chrome the problem will resurface.
