control-enter on chromeWin adds the www and .com, which right now is what
we do
too (scott blindly copied the modifier key). If it's control on windows, it
should be
command on Mac.
ChromeWin does alt-enter to open in new tab.
Clearly there's a consistency disconnect here with cmd-click, I'll
follow-up with folks
offline to see the history. Either way, this bug should probably be closed
in favor of a
new bug that is whatever we finally decide.
