New issue 18104 by [email protected]: cannot navigate after full screen mode http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18104 Chrome Version : 3.0.196.0 (22005) OS + version : Ubuntu 8.04 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit window manager : Gnome 2.22.3 URLs (if applicable) : Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start Chrome and navigate to some site 2. Press F11 to go to full screen mode 3. Exit from full screen mode by pressing F11 again 4. In the same tab from step 1, try entering a new URL in omnibox or open a new tab and try to enter a URL What is the expected result? Page will navigate to the new URL entered What happens instead? Nothing. The new URL simply disappears and the old URL stays in the omnibox. In case if you opened a new tab, the URL you entered just disappears as soon as you hit return Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible.
