I can repro with the latest dev build on 9.04 but not on my work machine
(8.04).
Only happening for me with Human themes. All other stock GTK themes seem to
be
working. (Including Mist, which doesn't seem to be working for the OP.)
I'm assigning to e...@chromium.org since you worked on the GTK themes iirc.
