it appears happening for all HTTPS sites. I tried the below banks also but had the same problem. https://www.bankofamerica.com/index.jsp https://home.americanexpress.com/home/mt_personal_cm.shtml? I don't have any proxy applied. My Local Area Network (LAN) Settings window has all the three check boxes as empty.
