3.0.197.0 (Developer Build 22244) I can confirm this and then some. Sometimes nothing will respond on the page. I just installed a newer build that seems to have taken care of one issue: JS wouldn't even load on the page. For example, when the page loads well, you have the option to "hide" someone and when you hover over it it gives you the ability to drop down that menu. Well before I was unable to get that menu and it wouldn't even show up as a button when hovered over, just text. Now that's corrected, but most of the time if I try to hide the person, it won't register.
