New issue 18299 by shawncorp1: Chrome 3.x puts repeating CSS Background
image in the wrong place
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18299

Chrome Version : 3.0.193.2
URLs (if applicable) : http://www.shawncorp.com/chrome_issue.htm
Other browsers tested: All CSS Standards-based browsers
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
   Firefox 2.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK
         Opera: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to http://www.shawncorp.com/chrome_issue.htm in Chrome version
3.0.193.2. Compare against Chrome version 2.x and compare against any and
all other browsers.

What is the expected result?
Chrome version 3.0.193.2 should properly display repeating background image
as Chrome version 2.x does.

What happens instead?
Chrome version 3.0.193.2 shifts repeating background incorrectly by several
pixels. The problem is only caused when a background image repeats. If
you add "no-repeat", the image appears in the correct spot (but that is not
a workaround, repetition is needed).

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

See attached screenshots. Background image displays correctly in all
browsers, even Chrome version 2.x. The last attachment shows the error in
Chrome version 3.0.193.2. (Note: the issue is best demonstrated by
browsing to http://www.shawncorp.com/chrome_issue.htm in the various
browsers, carefully comparing the result).
