What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.changing the browser theme to GTK+
2.

What is the expected result?
for the theme to smoothly change as it did before this update

What happens instead?
The back, forward, refresh, star (etc) buttons disappear and some of them
reappear after hovering over them although they disappear again whenever
you focus on another window. check out the attached screenshot. This
started happening after updating to the latest version, it was working fine
before.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
