@comment 6#: The use of "chrome://extensions/" was announced as a web page to manage themes. See, for example, the excerpt below taken from the blog http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/: <<Chrome loads theme and offers the option to go back to the default theme. You can't preview themes before installing theme and there's no interface for managing themes.
