New issue 18562 by ces.fci: scrollbar highlighting with find and frames
does not clear after removing the find text

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the attached window.html and frame.html files from the ticket
2. open window.html
3. search for the letter e
4. it will highlight the matching lines in the scrollbar
5. clear the e from the find search
What is the expected result?
the scrollbar should clear out the yellow lines when the find is cleared.
What happens instead?
the scrollbar still displays the highlighted lines in the scrollbar
