I'm able to reproduce this on dev, but not trunk.
I think I may have inadvertently fixed this issue on trunk with the end of
my recent
ExtensionsService refactor.
We used to unpack every extension into the same temp directory, and I could
see this
causing weird overlap issues. But now every installation gets its own
object, with its
own state, and its own temp directory, so I could imagine how that would
clean it up.
