What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting up the browser, or a new window

What is the expected result?
Tabs appear on the title bar
What happens instead?
The tabs are in an aero like UI with the titlebar on top. The titlebar also
has the label of whatever the name of the first tab opened in that window
was.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Resizing, maximizing, resetting to "default theme" all fix the problem for
that one specific window. Opening a new window recreates the problem. It
does not occur with the default aero skin, but only with windowblinds to my
knowledge. It began to appear after a build several weeks ago.
