New issue 18619 by mahaniok: shift-arrows and shift-pgup/down work wrong in
the edit fields - possible regression

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to Gmail
2. open Compose
3. paste a long text into the message body
4. go to line 10
5. press Shift+PgDn
6. press Shift+Up
What is the expected result?
The selection becomes one line less - the last line is not selected
What happens instead?
The selection becomes one line more - the line before first gets selected
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Similar problems with shift+pgup, shift+pgdn and so on - you just can't
modify the bottom limit of selection at all. This seems pretty sure to be a
regression.
