From an external user: Hi Venkat, I am using windows xp with sp3 and google latest dev build. I was using it till yesterday night. And used new theme last night. I tried using it today and its just crashing when I click on shortcut with a dialog saying whoa! Chrome crashed do you want to restart. Restarting also gives same error.
