I am experiancing this behavious too right now (and it does so even without --enable-extensions) Version is at least 3.0.196.0 and might have silently updated to 3.0.196.2 OS is Windows Vista SP2 32bits no special extensions installed, and most certainly not "Delicious Extension". I think i tried a few themes before the crash but i had reverted to the default theme.
