Not sure if this is the "correct" way, but inside glue/context_menu_client_impl.cc I can interrogate the stylesheet of the HTMLElement that the user clicked on. From there I can tell if there is a background image and wire up the context menu to show "View Background Image". Would like some feedback if this seems like a reasonable approach? Probably could post code soon enough.
