New issue 18825 by lolly.ink: Alt+Tabbing away from Chrome occasionally
leaves parts of Chrome window still visible
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18825

Chrome Version : 3.0.197.11
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7:
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Chrome and another application (eg EditPlus) open both maximized
2. Open several tabs in Chrome
3. Alt+Tab from Chrome to other application again and again, opening and
closing Chrome tabs, and eventually the problem occurs

What is the expected result?
No "residue" should appear from Chrome on top of the other application

What happens instead?
Parts of the Chrome window appear on top of the other application where the
screen of the other application is not refreshing. For example, where the
text cursor is blinking in the other application, that part is obviously
refreshing and no part of Chrome appears there.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Alt+Tabbing back to Chrome, then back to the other application "cleans" the
screen.
