What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chromium-browser to open any website with File Upload, like [http://paste.ubuntu.org.cn/] 2. Click the *File Input Button* and choose a file with no-ascii filename btw: it can use this command below to create a picture with CJK filename {{{ wget http://paste.ubuntu.org.cn/i25947 -O 导入书签和设置.png }}} 3. Click the submit button to upload. What is the expected result? after step 2, the File Input Button may display the selected filename, like [http://paste.ubuntu.org.cn/i25952] after step 3, the selected file was uploaded successfully, the page may show the pictue What happens instead? after step 2, the File Input Button can't display any filename with no-ascii after step 3, the selected file was uploaded failed.
