What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create html file.
2. Write in file next html code:
<span title="Hint" style='border:1px solid red'
onclick="alert(this.tagName)">
SPAN
</span>
3.Open this file in Chrome and point cursor over top border span => hint
not show.
What is the expected result?
hint show.
What happens instead?
hint show.
