On second thought, since "standard behaviour" (i.e., Safari, other Cocoa apps, and in fact Firefox too) is that many key presses in web content window (e.g., scrolling with arrow keys, tabbing between controls/links) cause the cursor to hide, possibly we should do it entirely on the browser side.
