New issue 19127 by gmatht: Middle-click minimizes window. http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19127 Chrome Version : 3.0.198.0 (22895) OS + version : Ubuntu Jaunty CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64bit window manager : metacity URLs (if applicable) : Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Window stays put (not minimized) Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): Windows Chrome 2.0.172.39 starts autoscroll and Window stays put What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Middle click in a Chrome Window 2. 3. What is the expected result? PRIMARY selection pasted into textarea (if click textarea) otherwise nothing. What happens instead? In addition to the expected behavior the window is minimized. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. Since it is very common to middle click in Linux it is very confusing when the window suddenly disappears. Initially I thought chrome had crashed. Also it is easy to accidentally middle-click when using a wheel-mouse. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
