New issue 19239 by [email protected]: Omnibox autocomplete problem after build 23184 http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19239 Chrome Version : 23184 OS + version : Linux 2.6.31-rc5 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit window manager : KDE What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Visit or bookmark some website - (example http://www.google.com/analytics) 2. Open new tab 3. Type "go" 4. Omnibox now shows the complete address 5. Press enter What is the expected result? Chromium should open the autocompleted address. Until 23183 works like that. What happens instead? Chromium open web search (ie Google) with the partially typed string ("go"): http://www.google.com.br/search?aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=go To open the autocompleted address, one needs to click on the address or press keys arrow down and up to refocus Omnibox, and then Enter. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
