Well that sucks, it doesn't happen when you click on that link from the bug. I was trying to put the link here to make things easier. Oh well. OK. Go to: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/waterfall/console and command-click a [results] perf link fro a perf bot on that page. It'll open in a new window without your having to ask it to open in a new window explicitly. And it'll show the bug.
