New issue 19499 by zvasylvv: On getting/losing focus GC window blinks
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=19499

Chrome Version : 23543
OS + version : 2.6.30-gentoo-r1 #3 SMP PREEMPT Sat Jun 13 14:48:07
EEST 2009 i686 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T5600 @ 1.83GHz GenuineIntel
GNU/Linux
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit):
window manager : Fluxbox
URLs (if applicable) : any
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): all is OK
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional):

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run GC
2. Try to switch to/from GC window

What is the expected result?
Window should appear without any blinking/redrawing

What happens instead?
On getting/losing focus GC repaints its window a bit slowly which in
general looks like blinking

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
1. Not sure but, this may be related to some (local?) xorg issues
2. Putting GC in separate workspace does not help too
