Tried to repro with the following steps: ---------------------------------------- 1. Start with new profile. 2. Options > Under the Hood > Privacy > Cookie settings: "Restrict how third-party cookies can be used". 3. Navigate to page https://www.gmail.com/ 4. On Safe Browsing interstitial page, click "Proceed anyway". 5. On login page, enter username/password and click "Sign in". 6. Error page is shown: "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on. [?]". I am blocked here from reaching the point where the redirect loop happens. See attached picture.
