   Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 (Build 9L27)
   Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
   Chrome version: 3.0.198.1  <<<Release>>>
   QuickTime Player: 7.6.2
   Flash Player: 10.0.22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View the chrome bowser in Full screen ( View --> Full screen ),
2. Focus mouse near spot light,  Menu bar appears. Try to work on spot  
light by clicking on it or
using  ( command+space )

Actual: Unable to perform or use it. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to use spotlight. ( We could not find another application that handles  
full screen in this
way.)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Note: other functionalities  of menu bar works fine.
