New issue 19558 by ism...@chromium.org: "OK" button needs to be disabled  
when edit/save folder name dialog is empty

   Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 (Build 9L27)
   Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
   Chrome version: 3.0.198.1  <<<Release>>>
   QuickTime Player: 7.6.2
   Flash Player: 10.0.22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a folder in Bookmarks bar and edit, save with no name. or " "(name  
with spaces).
2.While edit we get a folder name change dialog.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In Dialog , "OK" button should get disabled when no name in the field
