What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the download link, a window popups to ask where to save
2. When clicked on the top "New Folder" icon, to create a new folder in the
directory. Nothing happens

What is the expected result?
A new folder should be created
What happens instead?
A new folder is not created
