I just saw this today on Linux on 3.0.198.1.
I was reading an article about Linux in Business, and opened a tab
for bugs.ubuntu.com to check to see if his bug had been reported...
and the *old* tab changed title... I now have two tabs
with the new tab's title. The old tab still has its own content.

thestig sees a similar problem reproducibly, too.
