Update: the build installed on my iMac is doing this reliably.
The new tab page doesn't come up - the new tab that's created is blank. If
I type in
the URL bar it creates another dock icon (presumably because of a change of
SiteInstance/process).
It wasn't doing this yesterday (haven't restarted), so it seems to have got
into some
"state". Is there anything I can do to figure this out? People are welcome
to come
and look at my iMac if you want to see it.
