I just lost about an hours work due to this bug. Not only did it not save my submitted form when I clicked back, but it also saved OVER the stuff that was already there with a blank form without me submitting anything. Really annoying bug. I know it is partially my fault for working in a browser, which is not the best idea I have ever had and won't be doing again.
