New issue 20081 by forster.michael: Crash when dragging a *.crx file on the
new "New Tab" page
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20081

Chrome Version       : 4.0.202.0 (Offizieller Build 23673)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new Chrome with --enable-extensions
2. Drag'n'drop a *.crx file on the "new tab" page (can be an empty file)

What is the expected result?
-> Chrome asks whether to install the extension

What happens instead?
-> Crash

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This was only 90% reproducible. I got the impression that Chrome didn't
crash when first installing an extension from a website (e. g. the RSS
sample extension) and then in the same session dropping a *.crx file.
