New issue 20370 by deep...@chromium.org: Chrome Helper processes do not
quit after a crash
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=20370

Platform:
   Mac OS X Version 10.5.8 (Build 9L31a)
   Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Chrome:
   Chrome version: 4.0.203.1 Release
   QuickTime Player: 7.6.2
   Flash Player: 10.0.22.87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Crash Chrome (Steps in bug: 20366)
2. Check the activity monitor for Google Chrome Helper processes.

Expected:
We should not have any Google Chrome Helpers running after Chrome
quits.

Actual:
The Chrome Helpers are still running and are shown in red (not
responding) in the activity monitor.

A sample of this process is attached.
