It should work with -O1 for webkit glue ... will post something next week to do that based on gcc_version or track it down further. I actually knew about this but I've been mostly offline for about a month - sorry :( fta: you want a gyp variable for gcc_version=44 too ... I'm surprised mksnapshot isn't segfaulting for you without that. Also AFAIK, strict aliasing=1 is only necessary if you compile the test-suite stuff due to aliasing bugs in stl-tree.h? ...
