What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download a new theme
2. apply theme
3. while applying, if looking at the new tab page the background will not
update
What is the expected result?
whole theme to be applied
What happens instead?
the background of the new tab page is not updated with the rest of the
panels
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
theme change from brushed theme to baseball theme, i noticed this on
another computer i
used today, reproduced for screen capture.
I am not sure if it happens from the default theme, though i assume that
has no bearing
on it.
it does fix it up if you close and open a new tab.
