yes, this is a duplicate. ps reveals that you truly only have two renderer
processes
(three processes with --type=zygote, one of which is the master zygote that
spawns off
renderer processes, and the other two correspond to renderer processes).
This is what
the task manager suggests as well. The PIDs of the renderer processes seem
to be
wrong, but that is different bug.
