New issue 20586 by rsnook: Theme reverts to default when Chrome is not in
focus.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Theme
2. Remove focus from main window, click desktop, open a javascript prompt,
etc.
3. Theme disappears from container chrome.
