What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension which adds a button to the lower menu bar (e.g. Xmarks
for Chrome).
2. Right-click the (Xmarks) button on the lower bar.
What is the expected result?
Nothing (yet).
What happens instead?
It will open Developer Tools window.

possible.
