New issue 20639 by song.lan2: Animated GIF is very slow when use absolute  
position.

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: not tested
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any animated gif with position in absolute
2.

What is the expected result?
Should display animated gif normally.

What happens instead?

position: absolute -> 50% of cpu
no absolute position -> 1% of cpu
