What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing from the New Tab page.

What is the expected result?
The bookmark bar should stay on.
What happens instead?
The bookmark bar is gone.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This just started yesterday. I can not go to my bookmarks unless I am on
the New Tab page.
