What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chromium to any site

What is the expected result?
correct page would render
What happens instead?
Opening any page will result in Chromium spitting up the aw snap page, I
may get a flicker of the site that I want to go to before it will go to the
snap page
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Google-chrome was working up until todays update, chromium stopped working
as of about two weeks ago.
