Using Windows 7 RTM, sometimes Chrome appears on top of the taskbar. It doesn't seem to be correlated to being maximized or not, but it is definitely more annoying when maximized. ;) I was going to take a screenshot, but while maneuvering another window to show the difference, it suddenly stopped happening. :( It's a very spurious problem indeed.
