What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to type in the consul new Date('15/07/09') it will output invaild date
What is the expected result?
Tue Jul 15 2009 00:00:00 GMT+0200 (Eastern Europe Standard Time)
What happens instead?
invaild date!
