This is especially misleading as version A is only replaced by version B  
after closing
all instances of Chrome. Of course, advanced users will understand why, but  
computer
novices or occasional users won't understand why even after restarting one  
of multiple
instances of Chrome, the message will still incorrectly state that their  
Chrome is up
to date runnung version A.
