What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start chrome from command line like so:
/opt/google/chrome/chrome --enable-extensions

What is the expected result?
Chrome should start and enable extensions.

What happens instead?
Segmentation fault.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
